Stuff To Scrap News and Happenings

First off...I've been scrapping! Yeah! I finished 2 layouts and a new desktop with the new kit Janice over at JW-Digiscraps will have for you on August 24th...but that's a teaser! You'll have to come back here to see my layouts in a few days or keep an eye on her blog! You won't want to miss her Grand Opening over at Stuff To Scrap!

And speaking of Stuff To Scrap, there is a lot going on over at the store and forum! You know how I like speed scraps! Well, there is one tomorrow! Yeah! It's right at dinner time, so I'm not sure I can make it but I'm going to try!

I'm back!

Did you miss me? Probably not, but I'm back from vacation and ready to crank out some layouts. I was supposed to have internet while I was at the beach but unfortunately, that was not the case! So I missed a lot of happenings in digiland while I was away...
I'm so sorry, Janice, that I missed your opening! Yes, my sweet digifriend, Janice over at JW-Digiscraps opened her store over at Stuff To Scrap while I was away and I was a slacker! She has some great things going on so be sure you check back here and over at her blog for her Grand Opening. I've been busy creating with her new kit that will be available on August 24 so come back and check that out!

I've also gotten far behind on my CT work, not only for Janice, but also over at Pretty Scrappy, so I'm working hard to get caught up there, too and will have some great kits to share with you later this week.

And finally, I missed several speed scraps while I was without my sweet internet so I'm excited that there is one tomorrow night at STS! Check out the flyer below for all the details and I hope to see you there!

I did another Speed Scrap! and blog problems!

update: I'm giving up on these images...if anyone can tell me how to fix it...let me know! It seems to only be the previews from Pretty Scrappy.


I don't know why my images aren't working for these great kits, but I'm going to try this one again! I've been trying to change the size so you can see the whole image, but I think blogger doesn't like how I'm changing things so its just kicking out the image...

Anyway, I did another speed scrap tonight over at Pretty Scrappy. This was a late one, but I haven't been sleeping well anyway, so I might as well scrap!
I used the kit "Just Pretty" by Just Passin'Thru because I love the colors and I wanted to show you the versatility of this kit. A few posts ago I told you this was a girly girl kit...well tonight I used it for my son jumping off the diving board! So much for only being able to use this kit for girly layouts! Check it out here.

Speed Scrap Monday and Kathy's New Kit

Hi everyone! I have a couple of things to tell you about today!
First, don't forget about my QP freebie on the post below this one using the blog train mini-kit from Keyr at Dreams Inspired.

Next up, I want to tell you about the next speed scrap over at Stuff to Scrap. It's still a few days away but I wanted to give you a heads up a little earlier than usual. The Participation Prize this time is an add-on to a freebie kit that is coming out next week. Kathy from The Latest Scoop, Too is hosting the speed scrap on Monday and her new kit, Dots and Stripes Galore is coming out on Wednesday. Both the kit and the add-on participation prize are adorable! Lots of New Releases Today and a Freebie!

First off, let me say that you all have made my day with your sweet comments both here on my blog and at 4shared! Thanks so much for you kind words and encouragement! It really means alot! With that said...I have a freebie for you today!

I am on Keyr's temporary CT over at Dreams Inspired and she is releasing a new freebie kit today called "Memories of Summer". I played with this kit lots over the weekend and again she has done a fabulous job. Her colors are always so bright and cheery... you will love this kit.
